  • OptiFlowz DOO is the data controller and service provider for users in Serbia and the EU.
  • OptiFlowz LLC is the provider for users in the USA and the rest of the world.

These Terms apply globally, and the relevant legal entity will be determined based on your region and business relationship.

OptiFlowz offers a variety of digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Business process automation (e.g., chatbots, workflow automation)
  • Custom software development
  • IT consulting and digital transformation
  • AI-powered tools and integrations

For users in Serbia and the EU: these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Jurisdiction lies with the Commercial Court in Belgrade.

For users in the USA and all other countries: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Jurisdiction lies with the relevant courts of Delaware.
